1. Currency and how prices are shown
- All prices are listed in Vietnamese đồng (VND) on each product page, in the cart and at checkout.
- The displayed price is the selling price of one product (or one variant: colour, size, …) and is the amount you pay for it. Listed prices include value-added tax (VAT).
- When a product is on sale, both the original price (struck through) and the selling price are shown; the selling price applies.
2. Shipping and other charges
- Product prices exclude shipping. The shipping fee (or “Free” where applicable) depends on the delivery address and is shown at checkout before you confirm the order — see the Shipping Policy.
- There are no hidden charges beyond the product price, the shipping fee and the discounts shown in the order total.
3. Made-to-order products
For pieces built to your own size, materials or colour, the price may differ from the listed price of the standard model. Our staff will then quote the exact price and only start production once you agree; you may cancel the order if you do not.
4. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are entered at checkout; the discount is shown in the order total before you order. Each code has its own conditions (minimum order, period, usage limit, eligible products), checked automatically.
5. Price changes and display errors
Prices may change over time; the price that applies to an order is the one at the moment the order is placed, as stated in the order confirmation email. If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we will contact you to reconfirm, or cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
