1. Delivery area
Trần Hưng Thịnh Phát delivers nationwide. Da Nang and nearby areas are delivered by the workshop itself; other provinces are served through a carrier (currently ViettelPost). The workshop is at Đá Bàn 8 Street, Hòa Xuân Ward, Da Nang.
2. Shipping fees
- Free shipping to delivery addresses within 5 km by road of the dispatch warehouse.
- Outside the free area, the fee is quoted by the carrier for your address and the parcel's weight and size, and is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
- If the system cannot quote a fee yet (address not located, product weight missing, …), it shows “To be quoted”: our staff will contact you to confirm the shipping fee before dispatch, and you may cancel the order if you do not agree.
3. Processing and delivery time
- Preparation time is shown on each product page: ready-made items usually ship within a few days; made-to-order pieces need production time as stated on the product page.
- Once handed to the carrier, delivery time depends on distance and the carrier's estimate (usually a few working days). You receive the tracking details by email when the order ships.
4. Order confirmation and payment
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders must be confirmed with an OTP sent by SMS to the order's phone number; the order is only processed once confirmed.
- Prepaid orders (QR / transfer via VNPAY) are processed as soon as the bank's payment confirmation reaches our system.
5. Checking goods on delivery
Please check the parcel, quantity and condition when you receive it. If you find damage, a wrong item or missing parts, take photos/video and contact hotline 0979 205 644 or the Contact form as described in the Return & Refund Policy (within 7 days of receipt).
6. Failed delivery
The carrier contacts you before delivering. If you cannot be reached or nobody receives the parcel, the order is held and our staff will arrange redelivery; extra costs caused by the recipient (wrong address, refusal without a valid reason) may be charged to the customer.
