1. Website operator

By using the website and placing orders you agree to these terms together with the Return & Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Privacy Policy.
2. Products, prices and ordering
- Prices are in Vietnamese đồng (VND) on each product page; for made-to-order pieces the price may vary with the actual size and materials.
- An order is formed when you complete checkout and (for COD orders) confirm the OTP; we confirm the order by email or phone.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the displayed price was wrong due to a technical error, or the order details are invalid; any amount already paid is refunded in full.
3. Discount codes
- Each discount code has its own conditions (minimum order, period, usage limit, eligible products) which are checked at checkout.
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash; we may revoke a code or cancel an order if abuse is detected.
- When an order is cancelled or fully returned, the code's usage is restored.
4. Payment
You can pay on delivery (COD) or prepay by QR code / bank transfer through the VNPAY gateway. We never collect or store card numbers or banking passwords.
5. Product reviews
You may submit a review with photos for a product; it is shown only after you confirm your email. Your email is never shown publicly. We may hide reviews that are false, abusive, promotional or unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
Website content (images, designs, text, logo) belongs to Trần Hưng Thịnh Phát or is used under licence. Do not copy, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep website information accurate and the site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability for any order does not exceed that order's value, except where the law provides otherwise.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; failing agreement, either party may take them to the competent court in Da Nang or as provided by consumer-protection law.
