1. Who can order
The site sells to individuals and organisations in Vietnam. Individuals ordering must have full civil capacity; people under 18 need a parent's or guardian's consent to order and pay.
2. Geographic scope
- Delivery within Vietnam only; international shipping is not available.
- Some addresses are not served by carriers (islands, places a truck cannot reach for bulky items, …): our staff will contact you to agree another arrangement, or cancel and refund any payment.
3. Product availability
- Each product shows its status: in stock, made to order (with production time) or out of stock. Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered.
- Pieces made to your own size, materials or colour are only produced after you confirm the specifications and price; change-of-mind returns do not apply to them (see the Return & Refund Policy).
- Actual colours of wood, board and fabric may differ slightly from the photos because of natural grain and screen differences.
4. Quantities and special orders
Up to 99 units per product line can be ordered online. For bulk orders, project orders or turnkey design–build requests, call the hotline for a separate quote.
5. Right to refuse or cancel
We may refuse or cancel an order when the order details are wrong or you cannot be reached, a COD order is not confirmed by OTP, an item unexpectedly runs out, the price was wrong due to a technical error, or there are signs of fraud. Any payment made is refunded in full.
