The cross coat rack is a custom-designed decorative furniture piece from our workshop for entryways, bedrooms, or living room corners: two 175 cm high plywood panels interlock to form a cross, each panel tapers from a 48 cm base to a 25 cm top and features a large pill-shaped cutout, giving it an elegant, sculptural appearance; the top has two rounded prongs for hanging coats and hats. 8 J-shaped recessed hooks are carved directly into the board edge, with no metal hooks or protruding details: simply slide a bag strap or hanger cord into the groove and drop it down, the strap rests neatly behind the wooden lip, lift to retrieve. The hooks alternate on the outer and inner edges of the cutout, each at a different height from 80 to 133 cm, so items don't overlap; lower hooks are perfect for children's backpacks and coats. Functionality: 4 high prong ends at 175 cm and 2 high neck hooks at 133 cm for hanging coats (1 coat up to 1.5 kg per point); 6 lower hooks (80-115 cm) for handbags, backpacks, towels up to 3 kg per hook. Distribute items evenly, with heavier items on lower hooks for stability. Construction: 2 raw 18 mm EPA-standard An Cuong plywood panels interlock in a cross – the neck of the two panels has a half-lap joint so the top doesn't wobble, and at the base, 2 hidden stainless steel brackets secure it close to the floor; the rack stands on 4 feet, with a slightly arched base to prevent rocking on uneven floors.
