The princess castle bed is a custom-designed children's bed from our workshop for girls aged 3-12: the headboard, approximately 1.05m high, is the facade of a fairy tale castle – three round towers with arched tops, soft wavy crenellated walls, each tower with an arched window, a large arched gate with a heart, a crown carved on the central tower, and scattered stars and hearts; the footboard is a low castle wall with two corner towers; the two side rails are carved with hearts and stars – giving the child's bedroom its own castle. Dimensions for a 1.2m x 2m mattress: bed interior 122 x 202 cm, mattress thickness 10-15 cm, slat base height 28 cm, so mattress surface is at 38-43 cm, allowing the child to get in and out and sit comfortably on the bed edge. The slat base has 13 rows of 10 cm wide plywood slats spaced 6 cm apart on side rail supports and a central longitudinal beam with two floor supports, capable of withstanding a child jumping; frame load capacity according to EN 1725 (user up to 110 kg). Child safety: all patterns are recessed hollows or carved lines, no through holes; all gaps are within the permissible ranges of European children's bed standard EN 747-1:2024, no 130-230 mm holes; tower tops are rounded arches, crenellations are soft rounded waves R ≥ 25 mm, panel corners R ≥ 15 mm, no sharp points, no protruding parts, smoothly sanded edges, recessed hex screws. For children aged 3-5, a removable bed rail (sold separately) is recommended. Materials and craftsmanship: 18mm EPA-standard An Cuong plywood with natural finish, CNC cut; patterns are shallow recessed hollows with soft beveled edges and recessed carved lines. Flat-pack set includes 9 panels + 26 half slats, 10 stainless steel corner brackets, recessed hex screws and hex key; hidden alignment joints, no glue; printed instruction manual included, two people assemble in 40-60 minutes.
