The elephant rocking chair is a custom design from our workshop for babies 1-3 years old: a round-headed elephant, trunk curved upwards at the end, large ears embossed on both sides of the head, hollowed-out eyes, matte baby blue paint; the body consists of two rainbow arches embracing the neck, round wooden handles passing through the head; the seat has a semi-circular backrest and two long natural wood curved bases revealing the wood grain. Perfectly sized for small children: seat height 32-34 cm, slightly sloped towards the semi-circular backrest for stable sitting, handles 44 cm high within reach of both hands; long curved base 78 cm for a smooth rocking motion, tilting about 22° until the end of the base touches the floor and stops. Balance: the curved base is positioned correctly so the rocking chair remains balanced both when empty and when the child sits on it (tilting less than 2°), without tipping forward or backward. Safety: all protruding corners are rounded R ≥ 15 mm, no finger pinch points (all gaps ≤ 8 or ≥ 25 mm, including inside the trunk and under the ears); the two bases are 30 cm apart – a 15 kg child would need to tilt sideways 18° to tip over; maximum load 22 kg.
