The Kitten desk and chair set is our workshop's custom-designed desk for girls, suitable from age 5 through 5th grade: the two desk sides extend into round cat ears, the shelf back and chair backrest are carved with a smiling cat face with rosy cheeks – making the study corner a warm decorative piece in the child's room. Ergonomic, grows with your child: the desk has 4 height settings at 45 / 49.5 / 57 / 63 cm, and the seat has 4 height settings at 26 / 29 / 33 / 37 cm, according to the student desk and chair size chart in Circular 26/2011; parents should measure the child's height and select the same height setting for both desk and chair. At the correct setting, the child's feet are flat on the floor, knees at a right angle, back touching the rest, and forearms fully on the desk – preventing hunching. Adjust settings with the included hex key in 5-10 minutes; children aged 5-8 should use an additional back cushion. Storage: rear shelf 20 cm high divided into 3 compartments, 4 pen grooves, a tablet stand groove, a bookshelf under the desk, and a bag hook on the right side panel. Safety: no hinges, drawers, or slides to pinch fingers; no gaps between 8-25 mm; all corners rounded R ≥ 15, cat ears R ≥ 25; decorative recesses have chamfered edges; solid backrest, no gaps behind the child's back; no exposed screw heads on the exterior. Sturdy desk frame, no wobbling: rear brace 28 cm high secured with 4 brackets, bookshelf mortised into the brace.
