This rocking office footrest is a custom design from our workshop for those who sit at a desk for long periods: the wide 43 x 30 cm wooden surface is placed under the desk, automatically inclining towards you for immediate comfort when placing your feet, with heels resting against the stop and toes slightly elevated – and when desired, a gentle push with the heel or toes makes the surface rock, keeping ankles and calves active throughout the workday. Ergonomics: when empty, the surface automatically inclines 12° towards the user – the heel edge is about 7 cm high, the toe edge about 13 cm, falling within the recommended range for office footrests (5-15° incline, 5-11 cm heel edge). When heels are rested, the surface tilts towards you; pressing with the toes gradually flattens the surface then inclines it backward – rocking smoothly on two continuous curved bases. The footrest helps shorter individuals or those with high chairs place their feet firmly, reducing pressure on thighs from the chair edge. Details: a 3 cm high heel stop prevents heels from sliding off the edge; 5 beveled anti-slip grooves on the surface; rubber strips under both bases grip the floor, providing cushioning and preventing scratches; exposed through-tenon ends on the surface form small wood grain patterns as a decorative touch. All corners are rounded, edges are smoothly sanded. Construction: 4 panels of 18 mm high-quality standard plywood, natural finish, CNC cut, through-tenon joined and glued at the workshop – ships fully assembled, no assembly required, no screws.
