Tower frame clothes rack – custom-designed clothes rack, raw An Cuong plywood

The tower frame clothes rack is a custom-designed rack from our workshop: two integrated tower-shaped side panels with rounded tops embracing the hanging rail, two airy slatted shelves, and J-hooks for hanging backpacks – compact for dorm rooms, hostels, or small bedrooms, stands alone as a decorative piece. Functionality: 76 cm long hanging rail holds 30-40 garments, top edge is 155 cm high, hanging space of 112 cm for shirts, jackets, and dresses up to 1 m long; shoe shelf at floor level and top shelf for folded clothes, storage boxes; each side panel has a J-hook on the front edge for backpacks, hats, scarves. Construction: 12 panels of 18 mm An Cuong EPA-standard raw plywood; the hanging rail is an 18 x 45 mm vertical board passing through the rounded tops of the two side panels, supporting 30 kg of clothes, standard metal hangers fit over the rounded top edge; 8 slatted shelves mortise-and-tenon into the side panels, 8 countersunk hex screws through the panels secure the frame; no glue, no drilling. Safety: the rack is 1.6 m tall, so wall anchoring is mandatory (anchoring strap not included, sold separately; pilot holes are pre-drilled on the back of the hanging rail); all corners are rounded, gaps between slats are over 25 mm, no finger pinching. Dimensions 80 x 42 x 160 cm, weighs approximately 10.5 kg, ships flat in 1 package; two people can assemble in about 20 minutes with the included hex key.
